In order to develop a viable and appropriate roadmap, and to achieve the intended impact – in short and long term – at ITMAM company we work with our clients to set the strategic and institutional direction and manage and develop operations, by using our experience and knowledge in understanding the impact dynamics and identifying the main motives of change, in consistent with the nature of the factors affecting all the parties of the organization.
Operating Intellectual Property Consultative Clinics
We work with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property to support them operating the Intellectual Property Consultative Clinics that are designed to serve the public who are willing to build and register their intellectual properties.
We provide support through networking between beneficiaries and experts in legal and technical areas of intellectual property and ensuring that they’ve achieved their goals. The following deliverables were among those we completed throughout the project: reviewing the operating model, operating the clinics and receiving applications and working on developing the current operating model.
Strategy Development and Support Development of Main Program Products
In this project, ITMAM provided support to the program’s executive management to update the strategy, components and tracks. We also developed the products that are presented to the public through research and development of business models, selection of partners and providing support for networking between internal and external partners. In addition to supporting the program operations and other supporting functions like, communication, financial and legal tracks.
Store Operation Manual – Phase I and II
We are working in partnership with the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises to develop a manual for operating stores, in which we aim raising the awareness of upcoming and entrepreneurs about the steps and skills to be followed to start their businesses and advancing them to reach the stage of sustainability and development.
The project also aims building an integrated manual that contributes motivating entrepreneurs to enter the retail sector and thus contribute to GDP. We worked on designing an e-manual for store operation, collecting data of 26 commercial activities, preparing 28 training materials and developing a user guide for support and empowerment.
