Through this project, Itmam worked on establishing, developing, and operating the Office of Strategy Management and Institutional Excellence to be responsible for planning, activating, and implementing the strategy of the General Authority for Competition. This includes aligning the strategy, improving project management practices, and issuing periodic reports and indicators to help the Authority access information related to strategic indicators and project statuses. Additionally, the project involves creating a knowledge transfer plan, ensuring continuous development and sustainability of operations, as well as training and qualifying the relevant specialized staff.

We are working in partnership with the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) to manage the Virtual Work Experiences (VWE) project, a pioneering initiative aimed at empowering Saudi youth by providing a practical simulation of work experiences in collaboration with leading organizations. With the launch of the third season of the project, we expect significant expansion and the involvement of more youth and companies to shape the future workforce of the Kingdom.

We work with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property to support them operating the Intellectual Property Consultative Clinics that are designed to serve the public who are willing to build and register their intellectual properties. We provide support through networking between beneficiaries and experts in legal and technical areas of intellectual property and ensuring that they’ve achieved their goals. The following deliverables were among those we completed throughout the project: reviewing the operating model, operating the clinics and receiving applications and working on developing the current operating model.
