The Ministry of Culture, represented by the General Directorate of Non-Profit Cultural Organizations, seeks to develop non-profit cultural entities in their administrative and organizational fields, and to assist them in defining their directions by developing their transformation plans and raising their classification levels.

We worked with the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises to empower and build the capacities of the owners and managers of small and medium enterprises, providing them with best practices to develop their businesses and achieve growth, expansion, and sustainability of their commercial activities by conducting training workshops across the Kingdom, specializing in entrepreneurship, supervising training processes, and ensuring their success.

We worked with our partners on the development phase of the product’s MVP prototype in the “Innovation Diwan,” which is the final stage of the “Innovation Diwan” program. The primary focus of this project is to deliver an optimal user experience. Through this project, we aim to refine and implement the solution concepts of 15 qualified teams, leading to the development of innovative products, which will take the form of the final MVP prototype.
